We specialize in mousse desserts which are made from freshly whipped cream, milk, eggs, and stabilized with gelatine.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, gluten allergies or provide vegan options for now.

Should you have dietary restrictions, please seek clarifications before making a reservation or purchasing our products.

General Enquiries

Can I call you for enquiries?

We don’t have a dedicated staff to manage phone calls. You can send your enquiries through WhatsApp at 97992668 or email [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we can.

Reservations

Do I need to make a reservation to dine-in?

Reservation is preferred as we have limited seating and the desserts need to be prepped ahead of time to be served at their optimal temperature.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online up to 2 weeks in advance. Only fully vaccinated individuals (defined as 2 weeks after your 2nd vaccination dose has been completed) are allowed to dine-in under current Covid-19 safe management measures. Group sizes will be capped in line with prevailing Covid-19 restrictions. Please refer to government website for the latest updates.

Can you accommodate more than 4 guests in a group?

Our seats are are arranged around a communal dining table in an intimate setting. To allow every guest to fully enjoy their dining experience, we would like to keep each group’s size small.

Can I walk in without a reservation?

Acceptance of walk-ins is based on availability of seats & desserts on the day itself. There may be waiting time involved if we are fully booked.

Online Orders

Can I purchase single portion cakes for takeaway?

Only whole cakes are available for now but we may have seasonal bakes from time to time. Follow us on Instagram @kki_sweets for regular updates.

Do I need to pre-order for whole cakes?

Yes, please order online at least 4 working days in advance. (excluding Mondays & Tuesdays which are our off days). For urgent orders, please WhatsApp us at 97992668 to check for availability.

How long can I keep your cake?

Mousse cakes are delicate. They are best consumed on the day of collection, ideally within 12 hours.

You will need to refrigerate them as soon as possible in order to preserve their freshness, desired taste and texture.

Takeaway cakes are semi-frozen for self-collection and delivery so that gives you approximately 60 mins without the need for refrigeration.

Can I customised my cake?

Our whole cakes are standard 14cm or 16cm in diameter and we do not offer customization service. Flavors are based on our creativity and recipe. We are unable to customize or substitute any of the ingredients.

Can I include a message on the cake?
We are unable to include a message on the cake or on the cake board. If the cake is for a birthday, a printed “Happy Birthday” chocolate tag will be provided.
Do you provide plastic knife and (multiple) candles?

To reduce plastic waste, we do not provide plastic knives but 1 complimentary coloured candle per whole cake order will be provided.

How do I know if my order placed online is confirmed?

For all orders placed online, whether for self-collection or delivery, an “your order is being processed” automated email with an order reference number will be sent to you.

How do I make changes to my online order?

Please WhatsApp us at 97992668 should you wish to make any change. Changes may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be given once an order has been processed.

 

Delivery & Self-Collection

What are the delivery options available?
We deliver island-wide except for Tuas and Jurong island. Please select the delivery option upon checkout.
What are your delivery timings?

We currently have two options: 12pm-3pm and 3pm-6pm; Wednesdays to Sundays only. Please indicate your preferred option upon checkout.

Do you accept international orders for delivery to Singapore address?

Yes we do. Customers outside Singapore may order through our website and make the payment via credit card. Please ensure that you have input the correct address under “Delivery Address” and provide us with a local mobile number contact for the delivery.

How do I redeem your gift card?

For dine-in, please inform our staff before making payment.

For whole cake orders, please WhatsApp us your order and we will make the redemption accordingly. Please bear with us as we are working towards enabling online redemption of our gift card soon.
